Joining Spark is easy (and electrifying!)

1. Fill out the sign up form HERE
2. Attach your Personal Driving Record & Insurance and Claims History Record for the last 3 years. Requests can be done for free online at www.icbc.com/drivingrecord. Users with valid licences from other provinces will have to contact their appropriate providers to obtain driver abstracts. Members are required to have had a full licence for 3 or more years and less than 3 minor driving infractions and no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
3. There is a 1-time $2.00 processing fee, and once received, we will process your registration within 2 business days. This is a subscription and your card will be charged yearly with the $2 fee.
